Clubhouse Reservation Procedure

StoneMill Creek Clubhouse

 As a resident of StoneMill Creek you are encouraged to use our amenities as needed.  The Clubhouse has a kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, dining table (seats 6),  2 couches, and multiple chairs. It also has a wheelchair ramp and wrap around porch for extra seating.

StoneMill Creek homeowners in good standing with HOA dues may use the Clubhouse facilities by submitting the online request under Official Documents, and you will be contacted within 2 business days with availability.  You may also refer to the calendar for upcoming events already scheduled. Only one event will be scheduled on any given day.

There is a deposit fee of $150.00 (refundable after Clubhouse has been cleared of any damages/additional cleaning the following day) that is due before any event.  Please make checks out to Access Management.

Also a property check-in/check-out form must be filled out by a member of the Clubhouse Committee and resident using facility, stating that the resident takes responsibility for the premises during the event.

Please have all guests park in the parking lot.  Please do not allow vehicles to be parked on Cathers Creek Drive as this prohibits 2-way traffic and is technically against Cobb County law.

You may make arrangements with the committee member for advance use of the Clubhouse in order to decorate if needed.
