Principal
David Momtahen, P.E. graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1984 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has been working as an engineer and home builder in metro Atlanta for over 24 years. During the course of his engineering practice David has been involved in projects such as Barrett Parkway design, Barrett Business Park infrastructure design, as well as design and construction supervision of several commercial ( Glaxo-Wellcome), multifamily residential (Post Properties Apartments), and recreational (Lake Lanier Water Park) projects.
David is a registered professional engineer (P.E.) in Georgia. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers and Atlanta Home Builders Association.Before NDM Homes, Inc. in 2005, David was the owner of Equitable Construction since 1998, and Co-owner of AVA Custom Homes, LLC, since 2003.
